Data deletion instructions
GateKipas is operated by LawTekno LLC. These instructions cover requests to delete your GateKipas account, business-managed records, and information received through a connected third-party service.
GateKipas account owners
Sign in and open Settings → Security → Account Deletion to request deletion of your account. The in-app request requires verification and has a seven-day cancellation period. Account deletion can affect your business records and access, so export information you need before submitting it. You can also email privacy@gatekipas.com from the address associated with your account and describe the account or business to be deleted.
Connected services
If your business connected a third-party service to GateKipas, email privacy@gatekipas.com to request deletion of information GateKipas received through that connection. Include your business name, the email address used in GateKipas, and the service and account or phone number involved, if known. For a Meta or WhatsApp Business connection, identify the WhatsApp Business account or connected number if available. Do not include passwords or access tokens. An authorized business administrator may also request disconnection. Disconnecting a service does not necessarily delete records retained for service, audit, billing, security, or legal purposes.
Visitors, employees, students, and other contacts
If a business collected your information using GateKipas, contact that business first because it normally controls those records. If you cannot reach it, email privacy@gatekipas.com and identify the business and your relationship to it. We will assist or direct your request as appropriate.
What happens next
We may verify your identity and authority before acting on a request. We will review the records in scope, respond to your request, and delete or de-identify eligible data subject to applicable legal and operational retention requirements. Some copies can remain temporarily in backups or logs until their normal deletion cycles. We will explain any limitation that applies to your request.
